Integrity Transport Solutions Terms & Conditions for Host

1. Introduction

Welcome to Integrity Transport Solutions! By registering as a host on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

To become a host, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

3. Host Responsibilities

As a host, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions and images of your rental.
  • Ensure the rental is safe, clean, and compliant with all local laws and regulations.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with renters.
  • Inform renters that they are responsible for any fines, including parking fines or speeding fines, incurred during the rental period. If renters fail to comply with fine payments, contact Integrity Transport Solutions at support@its.mowtechdemo.com for assistance.
  • Honor all bookings and reservations made through Integrity Transport Solutions.
  • Ensure each car is equipped with a GPS tracking unit, which is required for security and insurance purposes.

4. Listing and Booking

  • Hosts are responsible for setting their own rental prices and availability.
  • All bookings must be made through the Integrity Transport Solutions platform.
  • Hosts must not cancel bookings except in exceptional circumstances.
  • A long-stay discount is automatically applied to the rental price on a booking based on its length: 10% off for bookings of 30-59 days, 15% off for 60-89 days, and 20% off for 90 days or more. This discount is enabled by default on every listing but can be turned off individually for any listing from the Pricing and Booking settings when creating or editing it.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Integrity Transport Solutions charges a service fee for each booking.
  • Payments are processed through our secure payment system and transferred to the host.
  • Payment periods are on a monthly basis and may be modified in the future.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Hosts must adhere to the Cancellation Policy set by Integrity Transport Solutions.
  • In the event of a cancellation, hosts may be required to refund the renter according to the applicable policy.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • Hosts are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for their rentals.
  • Integrity Transport Solutions is not liable for damages or losses incurred by hosts or renters.
  • All cars must have GPS units installed, ensuring tracking for insurance and security compliance.

8. Termination

Integrity Transport Solutions reserves the right to terminate or suspend a host’s account for any reason, including violations of these terms and conditions.

9. Amendments

Integrity Transport Solutions may amend these terms at any time. Hosts will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
